Wise Words

"The past is behind; learn from it. The future is ahead; prepare for it. The present is here; live in it!"
Pres. Thomas S. Monson

April Conference 2009

"Your future is as bright as your faith"

"I testify to you this day that the time will come when every man, woman, and child will look into the Savior's loving eyes. On that day, we will know with a surety the worth of our decision to straightway follow Him."
--Joseph B. Wirthlin, "Follow Me", Ensign, May 2002

A Favorite Scripture

I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.
3 John 1:4

A Few Thoughts

A Holy Place is where you are if you keep the covenants

We may not like some of the tasks we do,
but we can love why we do them

Trials and temptations are necessary,
But misery is optional

The soul that has borne no burdens knows no strength

You get bitter or better, the choice is yours

If things get too bad to stand,
try kneeling
